Established in 2005, Actions Private Sector Leasing Service aims to tackle the rising number of homeless households living in bed and breakfast accommodation by providing much-needed accommodation.

Properties are leased by Action Housing from the private sector and customers are referred to the property by the Local Authority.

  • Responsive repairs and maintenance
  • Tenancy management
  • Support to the tenants
  • Weekly property visits
