There are lots of different ways to pay your rent. So choose whichever works best for you.
Direct debit
QUICK AND CONVENIENT
Setting up a direct debit is the quickest and easiest most convenient way to pay your rent. Payments are made directly from your bank or building society account and you can choose the day that the payment is made. To set up a direct debit, contact us on 03000 230 800 for a direct debit form.

VIA ALLPAY.NET
If you prefer to pay online, you can make secure payments by visiting www.allpay.net. You will need your blue AllPay card, as well as your direct debit card to make a payment.

VIA A PAYPOINT
You can use the blue AllPay card to pay your rent at any of the 24,000 paypoint outlets across the country. When you make the payment ensure that you keep both receipts as evidence of the payment being made.

Viewing your rent statement

You can view your rent statement online by requesting a user name and password for MyTenancy through your Housing Officer. View your rent statement online by clicking the button below.
